Dragon Talon Assassin

The Dragon Talon Assassin (Kicksin) is a unique martial arts build that delivers rapid-fire kicks using boots as weapons. This build combines charge-up skills to build elemental charges, then releases them through multiple Dragon Talon kicks. The Kicksin offers a distinctive melee playstyle with excellent crowd control through stunning kicks and good elemental damage scaling. While gear-dependent and requiring precise combo execution, it provides one of the most unique combat experiences in Diablo 2. Frist for this build, put a point in the following skills: Tiger Strike, Dragon Claw, Claw Mastery, Firsts of Fire, Cobra Strike, Fade, Burst of Speed, Weapon Block, Shadow Master, Cloak of Shadows, Mind Blast, Death Sentry, Lightning Sentry. Next max out the following skills for your build: Dragon Talon, Phoenix Strike and also max out Tiger Strike. You can add extra points into Burst of Speed.

Attributes, you need to add Strength to wear your gear, next for Dexterity add a bunch of points here, aim to hit about 200. No points in Energy whatsoever and then the rest into Vitality, aim for 1200 health.

For the Weapons, you ll want claws with 3 Martial Art and 3 to Dragon Talon or Phoenix Strike. Make those into Mosaic Claws. Next for your Boots, get Shadow Dancer or Gore Rider. Armor go for an Enigma, you can also get either a Chains of Honor or a Fortitude. Helmet, you can get a Shako, Guillaume's Face or a Crown of Ages. Gloves, a Laying of Hands, Steelrend, Dracul's Grasp, 3 Martial Art 20 Increased Attack Speed or a Rare Glove with 2 skills and 20 Increased Attack Speed. Belt, get yourself a Verdungo's Hearty Cord or a String of Ears. Rings, a Raven Frost is good, combine it with a Rare Ring with Faster Cast Rate and other bonuses or a Bul-Khatos'. Amulet, you'll need Highlord's Wrath, Mara's Kaleidoscope or a Crafted Amulet with 2 skills and 20 Faster Cast Rate.

Inventory, go for Small Charms with 3 Max/Attack Rating/Life. Do not forget the HellFire Torch and Annihilus Charm. You can also get a few Small Charms with Resistances and Life.

Mercenary from Act 2 with Infinity or Obedience in a Thresher base. Guillaume's Face or an Andariel's Visage. Armor get an Ethereal Archon Plate Fortitude or a Treachery. Make sure to select Holy Freeze Aura.
