Double Throw Barbarian Guide

The Double Throw Barbarian (Throwing Barb) is a unique ranged physical build that hurls two throwing weapons simultaneously at enemies for devastating projectile damage. Double Throw provides excellent single-target and piercing damage while weapon mastery and throwing mastery maximize damage output. This distinctive build excels at safe ranged combat and boss killing, offering a "javelin warrior" playstyle with high damage potential and the ability to engage enemies from a distance.

First thing to do is allocate 1 point in the following Skills: Bash, Sword Mastery, Axe Mastery, Mace Mastery, Polearm Mastery, Spear Mastery, Howl, Taunt, Shout, Battle Cry, Battle Orders, Grim Ward, War Cry, Battle Command, Find Potion, Find Item, Leap, Leap Attack, Concentrate, Berserk, Whirlwind, Iron Skin, Natural Resistance, Increased Stamina, and Double Swing. After this max out the following Skills: Double Throw, Throwing Mastery, Weapon Mastery (matching your throwing weapon type), Battle Orders, Shout. With your extra points, max out Natural Resistance for survivability and then Iron Skin for additional defense and life.

When it comes to your Attributes, start with acquiring a Hellfire Torch and an Annihilus Charm. Put those in your inventory and then add Strength, enough to wear your gear and meet throwing weapon requirements. Dexterity should be high for Attack Rating and damage with throwing weapons (aim for 200+). Duress Runeword is excellent for Enhanced Damage, Crushing Blow, and Open Wounds. Lionheart Runeword provides 20% Enhanced Damage and useful stats as a budget option. Rings, Raven Frost is essential for Cannot be Frozen and Attack Rating, pair with Manald Heal for Mana Leech or rare rings with Attack Rating, Life Leech, and resistances. Amulet you can opt for Highlord's Wrath for Deadly Strike and Attack Speed, The Cat's Eye for Attack Speed and Faster Run/Walk, or a rare amulet with +2 Barbarian Skills, Attack Rating, and Life Leech.

For your inventory, focus on Barbarian Skill Charms with +Combat Skills and life bonuses. Small Charms with Max Damage/Attack Rating/Life combinations are essential for throwing builds.
